Bernadette M. Klosky, 70, of Fombell died Saturday at UPMC Passavant Hospital, McCandless Township.

Born March 21, 1936, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Wallace and Lillian Gillis Laukis.

Mrs. Klosky had been a dental assistant and homemaker.

Surviving are a son, Keith Klosky of Harrisburg, and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Klosky, who died in 1986.
