To the friends, neighbors and relatives of our Mother Frances Bruno,

We wish to thank each of you for every sympathetic card,

Or note expressing your regard;

All the lovely flowers there,

The kindly word or little prayer;

A clasp of a hand or gentle smile,

Sitting with us for a while;

Any gift or just a call,

All your gestures large or small;

Gave us comfort that sad day

When our beloved mother was laid away.
