Kirschner, Frisbee
Joleen Kirschner of Canonsburg and Bennett Frisbee of Valencia were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Oct. 8 at St. Benedict the Abbot Roman Catholic Church in McMurray. The Rev. John Rebel officiated. Areception followed at the Fairview Sunset Room in Bridgeville.
The bride is the daughter of John and Carol Kirschner of Marianna. Parents of the bridegroom are Bennett and Kris Frisbee of Valencia.
The bride was presented for marriage by her parents.
The maid of honor was Eugenia Manganas of McMurray. Bridesmaids included Catherine Kelly of Baltimore, Stephanie Atkins of Lebanon and Nikki Frisbee of Valencia.
Performing the duties of best man was Joel Leonberg of Clearwater, Fla. Ushers included Steve Frisbee of Valencia; Kevin Landman of Mount Jackson, Va.; and Jason Lane of State College.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Trinity High School. She works at Applebee's in McMurray.
The groom graduated in 1998 from Mars High School and in 2002 from Penn State University. He works for Gateway Engineers in Greentree.
Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Canonsburg.
