Jay Thomas White, 51, of Portersville, formerly of West View, died Tuesday.

Born in Pittsburgh, Feb. 19, 1955, he was the son of the late John F. and Myrtle Dougherty White.

He was the beloved brother of James F. (Karen) and John S. White; uncle of Martin (Dawn), John and James; and great-uncle of John-Paul and Rachel.

<B>WHITE</B> — Friends of Jay Thomas White, who died Tuesday, May 2, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>Devlin Funeral Home</B>, 806 Perry Highway, Ross Township. A blessing service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the North Side Catholic Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Leukemia-Lymphoma Society of Western Pennsylvania in memory of his mother.
