Joanne and James Boyles

James and Joanne Boyles of Cranberry Township will celebrate 50 years of marriage this weekend with a family dinner.

The former Joanne Myers married Boyles on May 20, 1956, at the Curllsville Methodist Church in Curllsville.

The couple has three children: Crystal Condon of Leetonia, Ohio; Randy Boyles of Holland, N.Y.; and Betty Jo Russell of Prospect.They also have six grandchildren.Mr. Boyles is retired from Armco Steel in Ambridge.Mrs. Boyles is a homemaker and works part-time as a dog groomer. She is a lifetime member of the Dog Groomer's Association and belongs to several dog clubs. She also raises and shows Malteses and Shih Tzus.The couple belongs to Grace Community Church in Cranberry Township.

The Boyleses in 1956
