Roxane Kay Aton

Roxane Kay Aton, 50, of Summerfield, N.C., died Tuesday at the Wesley Long Community Hospital in Greensboro, N.C.

Born in Butler, May 31, 1955, she was the daughter of Gerald and Dorothy Slagle.

She graduated from the Indiana (Pa.) Hospital School of Nursing in 1976. She was an employee of Greensboro Imaging and worked at The Breast Center in Greensboro.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Bill Aton; two sons, Jason Paul of Greensboro and Jesse Stewart of Sylva, N.C.; her parents of Parker; and a sister, Kathleen Kriebel of Parker.

<B>ATON </B>— Friends of Roxane Kay Aton, who died Tuesday, April 11, 2006, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the <B>Forbis & Dick Funeral Home</B>, 1118 N. Elm St., Greensboro. A memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. An additional service will be later at the Presbyterian church in Parker.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC, 27405.
