SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Chad Black, 35, of Sarver waived to court 12 counts each of access device fraud and forgery, filed between Aug. 29 and Sept. 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Tyler Crawford, 20, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to three counts each of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 23 by Saxonburg police.
Michelle Crowley, 24, of Sarver waived to court 12 counts each of access device fraud and forgery, filed between Aug. 29 and Sept. 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Troy Dupe, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, underage drinking, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic signals, careless driving, and driving too fast for conditions, filed March 17 by state police.
James Durci, 45, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, illegally parking on a sidewalk and violating a hazard regulation, filed March 12 by state police.
Jason Graff, 30, of Saxonburg waived to court two counts each of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment, and charges of terroristic threats and reckless endangerment, filed March 2 by state police.
Howard Kimble, 72, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, and failure to stop and render aid after an accident, filed March 31 by Penn Township police.
Michael Koch Jr., 34, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and being a habitual offender for driving under suspension, filed March 29 by Penn Township police.
Craig Wehr, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving without insurance, filed March 21 by Penn Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Richard Brake, 46, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance, driving on a sidewalk, careless driving and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, filed Jan. 16.Kenneth Mickey, 48, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed March 18.Jeffrey Oviatt, 48, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and illegal use of high beams, filed March 19.Thomas Simmons, 29, of Chicora was held for court on charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, public drunkenness, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license and driving without insurance, filed Jan. 19.Steven Spare, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 12.Jason Stephenson, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of small amount of marijuana, filed Feb. 10. He was ordered to pay $5,238.50 in fines and court costs.Ryan White, 27, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, failing to stop and illegal use of high beams, filed Feb. 18.
SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Olivia Rena Eperthener, 18, of 736 Tieline Road, Grove City, waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged Eperthener May 10 with three counts of driving under the influence, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving and minor prohibited operating with alcohol in system.Stephen Paul Glinsky Jr., 73, of 579 Slippery Rock Road waived his case to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Glinsky April 11 with two counts of driving under the influence and failure to keep right.
WORTH TWP, Mercer County — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Jesse Craig Underwood, 18, of 402 College Ave., Grove City, had his case waived to court. Grove City Police charged Underwood March 30 with stalking, indecent assault without consent of other, harassment and disorderly conduct.Donald William Thompson, 27, of 14 E. Valcourt Road Apt. 3, Grove City, waived his case to court. State police in Mercer charged Thompson March 23 with driving under the influence.Ernest J. Hardisky, 38, of 4711 William Flinn Highway, Harrisville, waived his case to court. State police in Mercer charged Hardisky on April 11 with two counts of driving under the influence, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving.John Michael Plotner Jr., 18, of Jackson Center had his case held to court. State police in Mercer charged Plotner March 28 with two counts of driving under the influence, exceeding the maximum speed limit, careless driving and minor prohibited from driving with alcohol in his system.
