Raymond B. Doutt
Raymond B. Doutt, 83, of Renfrew died Saturday at his home.
Born Feb. 26, 1923, in Renfrew, he was the son of Herbert and Rebecca Beale Doutt.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War and was a life member of the Disabled Veterans, the VFW Post 249 and the American Legion Post 778.
Mr. Doutt had worked at Pullman Standard and retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth J. "Betty" Doutt, whom he married Jan. 25, 1948; four daughters, Mrs. David (Jean) Sinz of Cabot, Patty Gealey of Punxsutawney, Barbara "Dewey" Chapman of Jackson, Ga., and Mrs. Roger (Pamela) Cober of Louisville, Ky; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He also is survived by two sisters, Genevieve Snyder of Ashtabula, Ohio, and Mrs. Norman (Nan) Rettig of Butler.
He was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
