The Holfmans in 1956

Fred and Mary Holfman of East Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage recently with an open house at Faith Fellowship Alliance Church.

The former Mary Hetrick married Holfman on April 21, 1956, at the home of the groom's sister Gladys Blain.

They have two children, Marcia Glasgow and Dennis Holfman, both of Butler. A son, Ricky Holfman is deceased.

They also have five grandchildren.Holfman is retired from Castle Rubber in East Butler.Mrs. Holfman also worked at Castle Rubber.The couple belongs to Butler Church of the Nazarene and attends Faith Fellowship Alliance Church.
