Eleanor S. Ritz, 86, of East Butler died Saturday at the Chicora Medical Center.

Born July 6, 1919, in Elmira, N.Y., she was a daughter of William H. and Edna Fitch Wheeler.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.

Surviving are a son, Charles V. Ritz Jr., of Chicora; a sister, Mrs. Thelma Cussins of Brookville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her husband, Charles V. Ritz Sr., died Oct. 26, 1978. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, a brother and two sisters.

<B>RITZ </B>— Friends of Eleanor S. Ritz, who died Saturday, April 1, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N.
