Midnight Sunday — Adam Colligan, 21, of Fenelton was arrested for driving under the influence at West Cunningham and West Birch streets. He was also cited for a flashing red signal violation, driving a vehicle without valid inspect and possession of drug paraphernalia.10:36 p.m. Saturday — Chris Etzel, 33, of Summit Township was arrested for driving under the influence on Zeigler Avenue. He was also cited for speeding, driving a vehicle without valid inspection and an open container violation.10:53 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Kristi Bezio, 24, of Butler struck a pickup truck parked on East Wayne Street, and did not stop. Richard Scardina, 59, of Butler was still in the pickup when the crash occurred. Bezio was later cited for accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle.
2:42 a.m. Sunday — Linda Williams, 43, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 8 and Mahood Road in Center Township.Sunday — Joshua Ebig, 34, of Clinton Township was arrested in connection with a weekend domestic dispute with his estranged wife, Kimberly Ebig, 32, of Butler.She told police that her husband stole her cell phone Saturday after she went to his Alderson Road home to pick up one of her children. He also pushed her.She said the defendant later began calling her from the cell phone; the calls continued into the next day. Joshua Ebig allegedly agreed to return the phone if his wife met him at Alexander's Bar in Winfield Township.But when she met him there at the parking lot, he began to taunt her. He also allegedly grabbed her wrist and shoved her, police said.Police arrested Ebig and charged him with simple assault, harassment, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned on charges and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $3,000 bond.11:35 p.m. Saturday — An unidentified, full-sized Chevrolet truck crossed into the opposite lane and struck a pickup truck at routes 138 and 8 in Clay Township, and did not stop following the crash. James Webb, 67, of Butler was driving the pickup.11:16 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Jessica Urik, 19, of Kittanning struck a utility pole at Winfield and Warnick roads in Winfield Township. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions.5:20 p.m. Saturday — Cars driven by Deborah Milanek, 37, of Pittsburgh and Robert Chesarek, 52, of Renfrew collided at Branchton Road and Sandy Lane in Slippery Rock Township. Milanek and a passenger in her car, Alexis Beccard, 11, of Slippery Rock, suffered minor injuries; both were wearing seat belts. Milanek was cited for making an illegal left turn.6:39 p.m. Friday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Justine Link, 20, of Dysart, Cambria County, struck the rear of a minivan on Route 108 near West Park Road in Worth Township. The collision forced the van, driven by Shelia Baker, 30, of Zelienople, into the rear of a car driven by Gregory Russell, 51, of Homestead, Allegheny County.Link and Baker were treated at Grove City Medical Center; both were wearing seat belts.3:40 p.m. Friday — A truck driven by Esther Cochran, 42, of Slippery Rock struck the rear of a sport utility vehicle driven by Jeannette McWilliams, 35, of Slippery Rock, at Route 8 and McCandless Road in Center Township. The collision forced McWilliams' vehicle into an SUVdriven by Shaun Brown, 21, of Butler.2:30 p.m. Friday — Acar driven by a 16-year-old Eau Claire girl, who police did not identify, struck a tree along Route 58 in Venango Township. The girl and a passenger in the car, an unidentified 14-year-old girl from Emlenton, Venango County, suffered minor injuries. Police said the driver was wearing a seat belt; the passenger was not.Friday — Two 30-foot-long aluminum utility poles and a 3-by-5-foot thick aluminum plate was stolen between Wednesday and Friday from an undisclosed Freeport Road site in Jefferson Township. Christopher Alwine of Butler owns the stolen property.9:35 p.m. Thursday — Donald Zema, 48, of Cabot was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Clearfield Road in Winfield Township after his car struck a truck driven by Leanna Johnston, 29, of Cabot.Zema, who was wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries, was also cited for careless driving, reckless driving and colliding with a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.2:15 a.m. Thursday — David Butler, 38, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at routes 1015 and 68 in Donegal Township.8:15 p.m. April 21 — A car driven by Amy Horak, 34, of Hadley, Mercer County, struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. The front of the car and the windshield sustained considerable damage but Horak was not injured.
2:25 a.m. Thursday — Thomas Leax, 22, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 208 and Spring Road in Springfield Township, Mercer County.
