Neigh 50th anniversary
Floyd and Dolores Neigh of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage recently with a family dinner at the Runway Restaurant in Penn Township. The former Dolores Frye married Neigh on April 28, 1956, at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman.
They have three children, Debra Monteleone, Kathleen Steinheiser and Lisa Putney, all of Butler. A son, Jeffrey Neigh, and a daughter Sheila Franz are deceased.
They also have 11 grandchildren.
Neigh retired from Sprint after 39 years. He belongs to the Marine Corps League, Chapter 743, Cubs Hall and the Happy Hunters Sportsman's Club.Mrs. Neigh is a homemaker.The couple belongs to St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church, where both serve as Eucharistic ministers and Mrs. Neigh belongs to the Christian Mothers group.
