Matuszewski

Stanley B. Matuszewski, 70, of Fenelton in Clearfield Township died at 8:10 p.m. Saturday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born in Grove City, Oct. 14, 1935, he was the son of Sylvester and Mary Chestley Matuszewski.

He was self-employed.

Mr. Matuszewski was a member of the St. John Roman Catholic Church, Fenelton.

Surviving are his wife, LaVaune E. Voland Matuszewski, whom he married Feb. 28, 1959; two sons, Michael Howard Matuszewski of Huntsville, Ala., and Daniel Paul Matuszewski of Phoenix; and four grandsons. He also is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Virginia Worthy of Royal Oak, Mich., and Mrs. Chester (Agnes) Lapa of Greensburg; eight nieces; and five nephews.

A sister preceded him in death.

<B>Matuszewski</B> — Friends of Stanley B. Matuszewski, who died Saturday, March 18, 2006, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>ThomP-son-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St. A blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Louis Pascazi officiating.
