Reese, McAnallen
Butler residents Melissa Reese and Clay McAnallen were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 10 at Covenant United Presbyterian Church in Butler. The Rev. James Swanson officiated. Areception followed at the Butler Days Inn.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Catherine Reese and Susan Reese, all of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Jody and Jane Beatty of Butler.
The honor attendant was Christine Cochran of Butler. Bridesmaids included Allison Reese of Butler, Dawn Smith of Tarentum, Kelly Sumansky of Renfrew and Michelle Rhodes of Arizona. The flower girl was Trinity Smith of Tarentum.
Performing the duties of best man was Christopher Cyphert of West Sunbury. Ushers included Jason McAnallen, Jorden Beatty, John Young and Chuck Young, all of Butler; Jay Berger of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point; and Joel Berger of Saxonburg.
The bride is a 1997 graduate of Butler High School. She works at Target in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from Butler High School and Butler Vocational Technical School. He works for the ESMGroup.
Following a honeymoon trip to Ocean City, Md., the couple is making their home in Butler Township.
