Schumann, Maradei
Heather Schumann and Dennis Maradei Jr., both of Greensboro, N.C., were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 24 at Zion Lutheran Church in Pittsburgh. The Rev. Erich Riesen officiated. Areception followed at Salvatore's Crystal Room.
The bride is the daughter of David and Michele Schumann of Lancaster, S.C. Parents of the bridegroom are Dennis and Sharon Maradei of Butler.
The maid of honor was Amy Schumann of Lancaster, S.C. Bridesmaids included Diana Emig of Laredo, Texas; Mara Maradei of Butler; and Jennifer Krason of Cabot. The flower girl was Bryn Krason of Cabot.
Serving the bridegroom as best man was Dennis Maradei Sr. of Butler. Ushers included Nicholas Champagne of Baltimore, Matthew Hinterlang of Butler and Peter Rabover of San Fransisco.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Lancaster High School and a 2004 graduate of Carlow University. She works at Advanced Perfusion Care in Greensboro.
The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from Butler High School and in 2002 from Duquesne University. He works for Bank of America in Greensboro.
Following a European honeymoon, the couple is making their home in Greensboro.
