Moniteau picks up 1st win of season
Cruz Eshenbaugh struck out 11 in five innings as Moniteau's baseball team defeated A-CValley, 7-3, for its first win of the season Tuesday.
Eshenbaugh added two RBIand Nick Morrow had two singles.

• J.P. Samay hit a three-run homer in the top of the seventh inning to break open a tight game as Freeport beat Ford City 7-1.
Samay also got the win on the mound for the Yellowjackets (2-2, 1-0).
