Mallernee, Hobaugh

Kierston and Adam Hobaugh

Pittsburgh residents Kierston Mallernee and Adam Hobaugh were united in marriage Aug. 13 at Mount Washington United Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh. The Rev. Dave Miller officiated. A reception followed at PNC Park in Pittsburgh.

The bride is the daughter of Deborah Mallernee of Bergholz, Ohio, and the late Bruce Mallernee. Parents of the bridegroom are Keith and Denise Hobaugh of Karns City.

The bride was presented for marriage by her mother.

The honor attendant was Mylissa Mallernee of Bergholz. Bridesmaids included Whitney Henderson of Steubenville; Allison DeBold of Toronto, Ohio; Stacey Hobaugh of Karns City; Michelle Froilan of Cranberry Township; and Danielle Galownia of Columbus, Ohio. Kora Schmoll of Eau Claire was the flower girl.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Dan Beebe of Hilliards. Ushers included Justin Croyle of Chicora; Damon Thompson and Thad Carr, both of Eau Claire; Chris Froilan of Cranberry Township; and Travis McElhaney of Pittsburgh.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Edison High School and a 2003 graduate of Ohio University. She works at Express Financial Services in Pittsburgh.

The bridegroom graduated in 1999 from Moniteau High School and in 2003 from Allegheny College.

Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple is making their home in Pittsburgh.
