Mary Bianco, 47, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, failure to give information and render aid following an accident, careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, and a lane violation, filed Feb. 22 by Penn Township police.
Joseph Bogan, 60, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Dec. 6 by state police.
Eric Bopp, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, and driving too fast for conditions, filed Jan. 20 by state police.
Damien Cahall, 20, of Sharpsburg, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, a lane violation and minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, filed Nov. 7 by state police.
Jeffrey Eshenbaugh, 24, of Sarver waived to court a charge of trespass filed Feb. 13 by Buffalo Township police.
Gordon Hahn, 54, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI filed Nov. 18 by Middlesex Township police.
Christopher Hall, 22, of Cabot waived to court charges of trespass, criminal mischief, theft, possessing instruments of crime, conspiracy, driving with a suspended license, driving without valid registration or inspection, driving without insurance, careless driving, driving without head lamps on, and a stop sign violation, filed Dec. 12 by Buffalo Township police.
Michele Jaworski, 35, of Ford City, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI filed Nov. 29 by state police.
Jeffrey Morrison, 37, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, failure to yield the right of way and an illegal turn, filed Dec. 19 by Penn Township police.
David Murajda, 33, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 29 by state police. He was ordered to pay $542 in fines and court costs.
Vanessa Nicewonger, 23, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County waived to court charges of DUI, driving a vehicle not equipped with rear lights and driving an uninspected vehicle, filed Jan. 9 by state police.
Brian Pastoria, 23, of Freeport waived to court two counts of receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed March 8 by the state police organized crime task force.
Jason Reott, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Jan. 31 by state police.
Lawrence Rogers Jr., 45, of Natrona Heights pleaded guilty to court charges of theft, a stop sign violation, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, and accidents involving damage to unattended property, filed Dec. 13 by state police. He was ordered to pay $772 in fines and court costs.
Renee Simons, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of bad checks and theft by deception, filed Feb. 17 by Buffalo Township police.
June Snyder, 42, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 9 by state police.
Michael Sosigian, 31, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Jan. 3 by state police.
Laszlo Vestergom, 44, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, stemming from a case filed Jan. 13 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $158 in fines and court costs.
Amy Watterson, 23, of Freeport waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed March 8 by the state police organized crime task force.
Mark Wichrowski, 43, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving with suspended registration, reckless driving, careless driving, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 22 by Penn Township police.
Thomas Zang, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and illegal use of high beams, filed Jan. 11 by Penn Township police.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:John F. Libeau, Jr., 42, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 18 by the Jackson Township police with two counts each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.Andrew William Lucas, 25, of Butler had his case held for court. He was charged Feb. 2 by the state police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Louis William Giuliani, 38, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 24 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving and making a false report.Don Allen Howell, Jr., 37, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 27 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Alisa Dawn Shriver, 23, of Morgantown, W.Va., waived her case to court. She was charged March 6 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, following too closely and disregard of traffic lane.

He was charged Feb. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving at safe speeds.Mark Ekequist Lyons, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 7 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic control device and careless driving.Joshua Michael Kissane, 25, of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., waived his case to court. He was charged March 26 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and operating or permission to operate a vehicle with unsafe equipment.Matthew Bobro, 39, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 10 by the Cranberry Township police with theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake, receiving stolen property and two counts each of forgery, access device fraud and identity theft.Elizabeth Anne Adams, 41, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 5, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Melissa A. Mangone, no age available, of Ross Township, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 9, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of writing bad checks.Joshua James Winkler, 24, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to a charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and paid $293.50 in fines and court costs. He had been charged Feb. 7 by the Cranberry Township police.
