CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases, all filed by state police:
Robert Albaugh, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 24.
William Christy, 55, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed Jan. 30.
Robin Scott Johnson, 31, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, and a lane violation, filed Feb. 26.
David Konar, 34, of Chicora was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 4.
Mason Menell, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Feb. 3.
William Miller, 20, of Parker waived to court charges of simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment, filed March 15.
Deborah Ann Muller, 47, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 5. She was ordered to pay $288.50 in fines and court costs.
Thomas Shuler, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, disregarding a flashing signal, and disregarding traffic lanes, filed March 5.
SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Amy L. Cave, 22, of Sharon waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged Cave Feb. 21 with two counts of driving under the influence, driving at unsafe speed and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility.Brian Robert Colella, 20, of Bethel Park waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Collela Feb. 22 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Richard Dale Love Jr., 51, of 109 Mourning Dove Drive, Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Love Feb. 22 with two counts of driving under the influence, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Jacob M. Fischer, 18, of Twinsburg, Ohio, waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Fischer Feb. 27 with two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, duties at a stop sign and purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor.Bamfield Harmon III, 22, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Harmon Feb. 27 with two counts of driving under the influence and duties at a stop sign.Elizabeth Nicole Gregory, 19, of Mercer waived her case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Gregory March 2 with two counts of driving under the influence, minor prohibited from operating with alcohol in system, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor, failure to keep right and limitations on driving on left.William David Cuba Jr., 23, of 176 Grindel Road, Prospect, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Cuba March 20 with simple assault and harassment.

Heffner, 24, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence, not driving a vehicle at a safe speed and careless driving, filed Feb. 28 by state police.Abby Lynne Shook, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, exceeding maximum speed limits, careless driving and failing to use a restraint system, filed Feb. 17 by state police.Kimberly M. Kiser, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 28 by Butler Township Police.Kiser also waived to court charges of forgery, access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 25 by Butler Township Police.James G. Sgro, 57, of Butler waived to court charges of writing bad checks, filed Feb. 21 by Butler Township Police.Jeffrey E. West Jr., 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of criminal trespass, filed Jan. 26 by Butler Township Police. He was ordered to pay $443 in fines and costs.Malinda Mae Davis, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving during suspension, not driving within the road's lanes and failing to use a restraint system, filed March 23 by state police.Michael C. Summerhill, 19, of Valencia pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, underage drinking and public drunkenness, filed Jan. 17 by Butler Township Police. He was ordered to pay $743 in fines and costs.John W. Gillespie, 33, of Hilliards waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and theft, filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township Police.
