CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Daniel H. Morrison, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and driving without a license.

Jack Southall, 50, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 19 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment and making terroristic threats.

Lena Zickefoose, 36, of Conway, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and disregard of traffic lane.

Benjamin Daryl Hartzell, 21, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph John Stefanik, 54, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.

Damian Divilla, 49, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, failure to yield at a yield signal and duties at stop sign.

Charlene A. Sigg, 56, of Emmitsburg, Md., waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Heather Dawn Evans, 38, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with escape.

James Aaron Abraham, 45, of New Castle, Lawrence County, had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and defiant trespass.

Hannah Jean Gill, 20, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. She was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police department.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Ruth Enid Wilson, 25, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 21 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance.Benjamin Daryl Hartzell, 21, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 21 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Cathy Ann Miller, 40, of Evans City had her case held to court. She was charged March 16 by the Evans City police with four counts of retail theft.Jeanne Schuring, 44, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 27 by the Jackson Township police with retail theft.Carol Ann Foglio, 42, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 7 by the state police with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Glenn Mark Foglio, 45, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 7 by the state police with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

BUTLERTWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Matthew Barkman, 36, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed March 4 by Butler Township police.Thomas Edward Campbell, 32, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft, filed March 14 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $480 in fines and court costs.Ryan Cranmer, 27, of West Sunbury waived to court a possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed Jan. 30 by state police.Adam Paul Harris, 24, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $393.50 in fines and court costs.Kellie Horne, 21, of Butler waived to court a possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed Jan. 20 by state police.Matthew Organ, 36, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, an illegal turn and a lighting violation, filed Feb. 13 by state police.Michele Toth, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, and turning and lane violations, filed Feb. 17 by Butler Township police.
