Days Inn
The Days Inn Conference Center has become a landmark for the Butler area.
The hotel was built in 1965 with Arnold Palmer as a prime investor. Since then the hotel has under gone many changes and has been the home for many annual events.
The hotel was originally built as a Holiday Inn, and then for a brief time was a Quality Inn.
It has been home of the Bluegrass Festival in January for 15 years.
We host major wrestling and boxing events, featuring Butler's own Brian Minto.
We feature two of the area's largest bridal shows in February and September. A New Year's Eve gala featured Butler's own Jentz Band with attendance of 400 guests this past year. Our Small Business Christmas Party is attended by many local businesses. Also, we host a fabulous Easter and Mother's Day brunch.
We also host a number of role-playing and card games such as Circle of Swords, Magic the Gathering and YuGioh, several times a year.
Days Inn has become the place to hold banquets and weddings with two large banquet rooms. The hotel can accommodate the small, intimate affair to large-scale events.
Holiday Hall can hold up to 525 people and the Heritage Hall can hold 225 people.
We have added large windows and crystal chandeliers to our Heritage Hall, making it the perfect place setting for a wedding ceremony and reception.
Discounted sleeping rooms are available for wedding guests.
Our five wedding packages include everything for the perfect reception. Our cooridinators personally handle every aspect of that day.
Since the summer of 2004, the hotel has under gone major changes, such as a fresh, new look to the front of the building, giving it a more modern look and a repaved parking lot accomodating more than 500 vehicles with handicap parking.
The sleeping rooms of the hotel are undergoing a new and contemporary look as well with new furniture and carpeting.
Days Inn prides itself with the most important thing that makes a company successful — employees. It employs 64 people, with employees who have been there for more than 30 years.
Days Inn is the home of one of the area's most popular night spots, Frisco's lounge, with nightly specials and entertainment. Frisco's brings in a crowd with ages ranging from 21 to 75, with college night every Wednesday featuring karaoke by the area's leading karaoke professional, Angel Entertainment.
Thursday night, Frisco's features the outrageous DJ Shawn.
Frisco's has special events such as Comedy Club featuring Billy Elmer, Manpower Male review and many bands.
The Brentwood Café, open daily for breakfast and dinner, features our bountiful Sunday brunch, which will feature many new changes starting this spring.
