Cricket and Larry Angert

Butler residents Cricket Patton and Larry Angert were united in marriage at 1 p.m. Feb. 14 at Champagne Towers by Cleopatra, Caesars Pocono Resort in Scotrun. The Rev. Joseph Grencier officiated.

The bride is the mother of Carissa Lavery of Roy, Utah, and Tracy Lavery of Butler. She also has a grandson.

The bridegroom has two children, Gregory Angert of Summit Township and Stacie Angert of Butler.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Slippery Rock University, earning a degree in social work. She works for the Irene Stacy Mental Health Center in Butler.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Butler High School. He is retired from Labor Union Local 323.
