CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Heather Glasser, 37, of Mars waived her two cases to court. She was charged Oct. 5, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with two counts for each case of writing bad checks at two retail stores.
Paul A. Berenbrok, 44, of Latrobe, Westmoreland County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving with a vehicle registration suspended, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and being an habitual offender.
Delmar Lee Burrell, 35, of Irwin, Westmoreland County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 31, 2005, by Cranberry Township police with theft.
James Richard Blair II, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, speeding and disregard of a traffic lane.
Michael J. Danner, 28, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and trespass by motor vehicle.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Kevin Scott Schuler, 40, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 12, 2005, by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, reckless driving and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.Ryan Joseph Chuba, 22, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the state police with four counts each of burglary, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and theft, three counts of criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit burglary.Matthew David Sylvester, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 21 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor, minors are prohibiting from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system and disregard of traffic lane.William Leroy Burr, 21, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the state police with theft, receiving stolen property, trespass by motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Peter Yerage, 62, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19, 2005, by the Jackson Township police with three counts of writing bad checks.Marie E. Rhodes, 52, of Renfrew has her case held to court. She was charged Feb. 17 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, failure to notify police of accident or property damage.Sherrie Lynn Montgomery, 35, of Fenelton waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 1 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right and disregard of traffic lane.
