Christ's OutreachJonathan Scott of Mozambique will speak at 6:30 p.m. Sunday in the Sanctuary of Christ's Outreach Church, 120 Walker Ave. Scott is a representative of Nazarene Missions International.Tom Walker and Howard Dillaman will provide music for the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service.Prayer at the Altar will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesdays. Covenant PresbyOn Sunday, Ron Tappy, professor of archeology and director of the Kelso Bible Land Museum at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, will begin a three-week series for the Seekers Class of Covenant Presbyterian Church, 230 E. Jefferson St. Tappy unearthed an inscription of a complete alphabet on a tablet dated to the 10th Century B.C. The class meets at 9:30 a.m. in the Assembly Room.

First BaptistA craft night will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday for the women of First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St. The event will be held in the Baptist Youth Center.

Timothy Bupp will lead the service.The older youth group will attend a concert Saturday at Grove City College to benefit Katrina Relief Efforts. Cost is $7. Hill U.P.God's Ringers and the Kingdom Ringer's Handbell Choirs will perform at the Sunday service at Hill United Presbyterian Church, 501 Second St. Nathan Moses, an eighth grade student at Butler Junior High School, will direct the offertory.A cookie contest will be held Sunday to benefit the youth mission trip. Contestants should take o dozen cookies for judging and for sale at the completion of the contest. St. Mark's Evangelical LutheranOrders are now being accepted for Easter lilies to decorate the Chancel Easter Sunday at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 W. Jefferson St. Cost is $6 for each plant and orders are due April 2. Order forms are available at the church. Plants can be picked up after the 11 a.m. festival service April 16.Volunteers are needed to pack cookies from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Cookies will be mailed to college students and military personnel. Donated cookies are due to the Fellowship Hall kitchen by Sunday.Sunday has been designated as Katie's Kitchen Sunday.

St. Richard R.C.The Life Teen group of St. Richard Roman Catholic Church, 3841 Dickey Road, Gibsonia, will volunteer at Hosanna Industries Saturday.A baptism preparation class for parents planning to have their children baptized will be held at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday.Eucharistic Adoration will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 16.There will be Stations of the Cross followed by a Holy Hour of Adoration at 7 p.m. March 17.

Valencia U.P.The Puppet Ministry will lead the children's message at the 10 a.m. Sunday service at Valencia United Presbyterian Church, 80 Sterrett St., Valencia.The newly-created adult choir will practice at 7 p.m. March 16.The Board of Deacon's will sponsor a birthday dinner at 5:30 p.m. March 18 at 5:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall to celebrate all birthdays. Church members and guests can sign up under their birth month at the church office.
