2:12 a.m. Wednesday — Erik Hulick, 26, of Oakland Township was arrested for driving under the influence on Maple Avenue. He was also cited for a traffic signal violation.6:55 a.m. March 2 — AFairview Township man was arrested on gun-related and other charges stemming from a disturbance at a South Bluff Street apartment building.Tenants called police to report a man was in the building brandishing a gun and banging on an apartment door, apparently looking for someone in particular. An officer got to the building and saw Matthew Hertzig, no age given, of 1383 Kittanning Pike seated in a car and honking the horn.Police said Hertzig was allegedly intoxicated. The officer also found a gun in the car.District Judge Pete Shaffer arraigned Hertzig on charges of terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, simple assault, carrying a gun without a permit and driving under the influence. He was placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bond following arraignment.

Wednesday — A2006 Honda Odyssey touring edition model valued at $37,000 was stolen between March 2 and Wednesday from Honda North car lot on Evans City Road in Connoquenessing Township.4:50 p.m. Tuesday — Vehicles driven by Grace Wright and Jolene Willard, both 47 and both of Butler, collided at Route 8 and Glenwood Way in Center Township. Both drivers and a 9-year-old boy riding in Wright's vehicle suffered minor injuries. Wright was cited for a red light violation.

4:28 p.m. Tuesday — Acar driven by Trevor Raible, 19, of Templeton slammed into a guardrail along Route 1034 in Boggs Township, Armstrong County. Raible was treated for minor injuries at ACMH Hospitalin Kittanning.

11:20 a.m. Tuesday — Apickup truck driven by William Campbell, 48, of Stoneboro and a car driven by David Mason, 30, of Sandy Lake collided on Route 173 near Yankee School Road in Sandy Lake Township, Mercer County. Campbell was cited for illegally entering or crossing the road.

Monday — Police investigated a burglary that occurred in the business office of the Subway at 147 S. Broad St. The shop is owned by Matt and Roxanne Studebaker.Someone entered the facility through the rear door off Filer Alley and took $60 in cash, part of which was $25 in penny roles.11:12 a.m. Saturday — Avehicle driven by Jennifer Kellar, 24, of Sandy Lake ran a red light and collided with a vehicle driven by Gerald Shipton, 62, of Grove City. Kellar was traveling west on West Main Street, and Shipton was traveling north on Ivan Drive. No injuries were reported. Kellar was cited for a red light violation.9:30 a.m. Saturday — Dianna Schneider of 606 Lincoln Ave. reported that a stereo valued at $300 had been stolen from her car, which had been parked in the garage attached to her residence.
