SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Bryan Bastian, 53, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Jan. 14 by state police.

Tammy Booth, 41, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Jan. 1 by state police.

Samantha Boucher, 19, of Sarver waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 27 by Buffalo Township police.

Clifford Daugherty, 30, of Jefferson Township waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance filed Feb. 22 by state police.

David Davenport III, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a bad check charge filed Nov. 8 by Saxonburg police. He was ordered to pay $760.47 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Monica Dillaman, 28, of Sarver was held for court on charges of DUI, driving under with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, and improperly using high beams, filed Oct. 8 by state police.

Frank Fusca, 49, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of DUI, abandoning a vehicle on a highway, speeding, careless driving and driving an uninspected car, filed Nov. 6 by state police.

Eliot Gminder, 42, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Oct. 2 by Middlesex Township police.

Brian King, 25, of Jefferson Township waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and criminal mischief, filed Nov. 11 by Penn Township police.

Thomas Mellon Jr., 20, of Penn Township waived to court two counts of simple assault and charges of terroristic threats and underage drinking, filed Jan. 28 by Penn Township police.

Frank Morgan, 37, of Harmony waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, trespass and criminal mischief, filed Jan. 30 by Penn Township police.

Joshua Moser, 21, no known address, waived to court charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, forgery, bad checks, and conspiracy, filed Dec. 20 by state police.

In a separate case, he waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving without rear lights, and six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 1 by Buffalo Township police.

In a third case, Moser waived to court seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 18 by state police.

Michael Oertel, 21, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 2 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $330 in fines and court costs.

Steve Selfridge, 28, of East Butler waived to court possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, speeding, and depositing waste on a highway, filed Jan. 4.

Justin Vesztergom, 19, of Tarentum, Allegheny County waived to court a charge of simple assault filed Dec. 14 by state police.

Jefrey Walker, 46, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving, and not wearing seat belts, filed Nov. 18 by state police.

Lynn Widenhofer, 25, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, running a stop sign, careless driving, and driving without a license, filed Dec. 18 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Holly Abbott, 33, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment, careless driving and criminal mischief, filed Dec. 31.Cody Brandon, 18, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief filed Dec. 15. He was ordered to pay $1,288.69 in fines, court costs and restitution.Bradley Keck, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 5. He was ordered to pay $438 in fines and court costs, and an additional $100 to the substance abuse education program.Daniel Laidlaw, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Dec. 23.Donald Lavorini Jr., 54, of Boyers waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Steven Rider Jr., 23, of Petrolia was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, fleeing or attempting to elude police, speeding, lane and stop sign violations, careless driving, reckless driving, and driving too fast for conditions, filed Jan. 11.Karl Rottman, 61, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, and driving with an expired inspection sticker, filed Jan. 27.Tyler Smith, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief filed Dec. 15. He was ordered to pay $608.19 in fines, court costs and restitution.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Shanell L. Morris, 21, of Greensburg waived her case to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Morris Jan. 3 with conspire burglary, burglary, conspire criminal trespass, criminal trespass, conspire theft by unlawful taking, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and purchase of alcoholic beverage by minor.Luke Alan Wetzel, 22, of Bethel Park waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Wetzel Jan. 23 with driving under the influence and driving the wrong way.Alexander J. Maki, 19, of Lancaster waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Maki Jan. 23 with driving under the influence and no rear lights.Brandon Chad Berns, 21, of 353 Kiester Road, Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Berns Jan. 25 with driving under the influence and no rear lights.James Richard Henry, 34, of 280 Stone Church Road, Prospect, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Henry Jan. 30 with driving under the influence, careless driving and damage to unattended vehicle or property.Kyle Henry Slaughter, 23, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Slaughter Feb. 7 with driving under the influence and duties at stop sign.

WORTH TWP, Mercer County — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Daniel Paul Morgan, 19, of 882 N. Broad St., Grove City, had his cases held for court. Grove City Police charged Morgan Jan. 17 with three counts of access device fraud and theft of property. They also charged him in a second case Jan. 17 with three counts of theft by failing to make required disposition of funds recovered, three counts of receiving stolen property, retail theft, five counts of access device fraud and theft of property lost.
