EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Michael Andrew Psenick, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, driving at unsafe speeds and careless driving.

Scott M. Sanders, 45, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 27 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and failure to keep right.

Julie R. Grabill, 29, of Hollsopple, Somerset County, had her case held to court. She was charged Oct. 25, 2005, by the Jackson Township police with endangering the welfare of children, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and displaying a license plate improperly.

David Lee Bressler, 53, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive at safe speeds.

Theresa L. Rearick, 42, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 24 by Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Kirk Ryan Mechlin, 56, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 14, 2005, by Butler County detectives with owning-operating-conducting a chop shop, alteration-destruction of a vehicle identification number, disposal of a vehicle altered illegally and receiving stolen property.
