Mary Glinsky
Mary Glinsky, 92, of Springfield Township in Akron, Ohio, died Thursday died Hartville, Ohio.
Born April 20, 1913, in Pen Argyl, Pa., she was the daughter of Wasyl and Eva Krochmal.
She had lived since 1933 in the Springfield Township area, where she was a charter member of the Nativity of the Lord Jesus Christ Church and its Ladies Guild.
Mrs. Glinsky was as a wonderfully dedicated homemaker for her husband and six children.
She was an avid baker whose specialty was cooking gingerbread men.
Surviving her are five sons, Stephen P. Glinsky Jr. and his wife, Anne, of Slippery Rock; Patrick X. Glinsky and his wife, Jennifer of Clearwater, Fla., Edwin W. Glinsky, Gerald R. Glinsky and his wife, Joanne, Raymond E. Glinsky and his wife, Edna, all of Uniontown; a daughter, Mary Jane Skitt and her husband, Richard, of Waxhaw, N.C.; 23 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen P. Glinksy Sr.
