BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Kathleen Scott, 43, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a bad check charge, filed Jan. 11 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $871 in fines, restitution and court costs.

Ronald W. Gibson Sr., 38, pleaded guilty to a bad check charge, filed Jan. 12 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $1,755 in fines, restitution and court costs.

Jeremy R. Swank, 25, of Vandergrift waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Jan. 9 by Butler Township police.

Bryan T. Brinkley, 18, of Parker waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to obey traffic devices, filed Jan. 23 by Butler Township police.

Rachel Kastelic, 18, of Karns City waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 23 by Butler Township police.

John E. Gallagher, 46, of Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 13 by Butler Township police.

Daniel E. Ealy, 45, of Lyndora waived to court charges of making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 20 by Butler Township police.

Louis A. Impell IV, 23, of Hilliards waived to court charges of driving under the influence, not obeying traffic signals, careless driving and not using restraint systems, filed Feb. 1 by state police.

Cherie Glenn, 25, of Reynoldsville waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 26 by Butler Township police.

Floyd G. Lohr III, 30, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Jan. 17 by Butler Township police.

Svetlana Gennadyena McDonald, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of driving without headlights, filed Dec. 29 by Butler Township police.

Gregory E. Hill, 40, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge, filed Jan. 6 by Butler Township police.
