SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:
Jerry Lee Lemasters, 49, of 200 Baxter Lane, Butler, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Lemasters Nov. 26 with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
John Jacob Kasecky, 23, of 401 Keck Road, Butler, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Kasecky Jan. 23 with theft by deception and bad checks.
David M. Rizzo, 22, of Tyrone had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Rizzo Jan. 23 with driving under the influence and driving the wrong way.
Weston Andrew Phillis, 18, of 183 Armstrong Hill Lane, Slippery Rock, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Phillis Jan. 30 with driving under the influence, two counts of disregard traffic lane, careless driving and reckless driving.
Michael Andrew Price, 23, of Allison Park had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Price Feb. 1 with driving under the influence and careless driving.
Matthew D. Geisel, 18, of Dayton had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Geisel Feb. 13 with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and intentional possession of a controlled substance.
Kenneth J. Troutman, no age given, of Rural Valley had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Troutman Feb. 13 with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and intentional possession of a controlled substance.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Randolph A. Montellanico, 39, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, driving at safe speeds and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Michael Roy McKinney, 41, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Paula Jean Zuravitch, 28, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and driving at safe speeds.Edward Eugene Ambrose, 49, of Cabot waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with loitering and prowling at nighttime and disorderly conduct.James F. Hogue, Jr., 32, of Beaver, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 9, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.Sean Michael Lutz, 19, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, writing bad checks and forgery.

She was charged Jan. 12 by the Lancaster Township police with writing bad checks.Victoria S. Loomis, 45, of Evans City had her case held to court. She was charged Jan. 3 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.William M. Hersheler, 54, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 18 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop at a red signal and illegally parking within 30 feet of a traffic signal.Marc Paul Himmelwright, 18, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 9 by the Adams Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Kari Lynn Eppinger, 23, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 18 by the Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Thomas Harold Spohn, 63, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 16, 2005, by the state police with making terroristic threats, two counts of simple assault and harassment.Kelly Ann Zak, 40, of Prospect waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 25, 2005, by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, no rear lights and failure to notify change of address.
