CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Betty Bergbigler, 47, of Chicora waived to court a charge of insurance fraud filed June 17.

Harold Ellenberger, 71, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation, driving without required lighting, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 23.

Joshua Krystek, 20, of Hilliards waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, careless driving, and unlawful operation of an all-terrain vehicle, filed Nov. 6.

Larry Lint, 38, of Parker waived to court a charge of bad checks filed Oct. 15.

Patsy Neubauer, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a traffic light violation, filed Dec. 20.

Brendan Schawl, 29, of Wilsonville, Ore., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Dec. 29.

Dennis Young, 56, of East Brady waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed Jan. 5.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Lisa Ann Wigton, 42, of 104 Margate Drive Apt. B, Butler, waived her case to court. State police in Butler charged Wigton Jan. 10 with driving under the influence, fail to keep right and disregard traffic lane.Robert Jackson Jones, 625 Centerville Pike, Slippery Rock, had his case held for court. State police in Butler charged Jones Jan. 18 with driving under the influence, driving without license, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.Steven Ray Malone, 36, of Polk had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Malone Jan. 23 with intentional possession of controlled substance and manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver.Patrick Shawn McCamey, 30, of 316 Orchid Lane, Slippery Rock, pleaded guilty to use or possession of drug paraphernalia. State police in Butler charged McCamey Dec. 20.

WORTH TWP, Mercer County — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Charles Adam Horton, 25, of Warren, Ohio, had his case held for court. Grove City police charged Horton Jan. 25 with burglary, criminal trespass, stalking and criminal mischief.Douglas Robert Foringer, 28, of 243 Stoughton Beach Road, Slippery Rock, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Foringer Dec. 12 with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Jodi Davis, 27, of Freeport waived to court charges of forgery and theft by deception, filed Dec. 14 by Buffalo Township police.Bernard Feil, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving without headlights on, filed Dec. 1 by Penn Township police.Seth Jelic, 25, of Gibsonia waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property filed Oct. 26 by state police.Dean Krelko, 44, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks filed Dec. 5 in a private complaint by Stan's Lawn & Garden, Cabot.Ronald McKelvey, 47, of Allison Park waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 5 by state police.Joseph Plusquellic, 25, of New Kensington waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a traffic signal violation, filed Dec. 14 by Buffalo Township police.James Reedy, 34, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude police, a lane violation, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, not pulling over for an emergency vehicle and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 4 by state police.Tracy Reith, 44, of Lower Burrell was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Nov. 22 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:Adam Ansani, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges were filed in two separate cases Nov. 7 and Dec. 29.David Bemben, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Jan. 26.Dawn Dittmer, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 29.Donald Rhodaberger, 51, of Butler waived to court a charged of theft by deception filed Dec. 30.Daniel Seitz Jr., 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Jan. 26.Jeffrey West Jr., 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass. He was ordered to pay $280.50 in fines and court costs.
