CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

John Cummings, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 25 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, writing bad checks, forgery and use-possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angela Rene Bost, 29, of Indiana, Pa., waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Marilyn M. Lower, 53, of Indiana, Pa. waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Robert S. Lower, 53, of Indiana, Pa. waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Shane Waco Beachem, 30, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 29 by the Adams Township police with simple assault and harassment.Jay J. Gizler, 42, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 9 by the Adams Township police with simple assault and harassment.Michael Lewis Frederick, 40, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 26 by the state police with simple assault and harassment.Trudie Ann Rock, 45, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 2 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use-possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.Kenneth Allen DiGiacomo, 41, of Fenelton waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 4 by Jackson Township police with altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, possession of a controlled substance, six counts of use-possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.James Hill, 32, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 13 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.
