Shawn Bowman, 37, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and reckless endangerment, filed Nov. 10 by Saxonburg police.
Cherie Cypher, 50, of Buffalo Township was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and driving without headlamps on, filed Dec. 30 by Buffalo Township police.
Daniel Fish, 38, of Jefferson Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions, and driving without headlamps on, filed Nov. 21 by Saxonburg police.
John Kasecky Jr., 24, of Summit Township waived to court charges of theft by deception, receiving stolen property, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds, and driving with a suspended license, filed Dec. 1 by Middlesex Township police.
John Lorenz II, 45, of Cabot waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Nov. 29 by state police.
Joseph Mantini, 54, of Rochester Mills, Indiana County, was held for court on charges of indecent assault, corruption of minors and harassment, filed Dec. 29 by Penn Township police.
Holly Jo McCullough, 29, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving without headlamps on, filed Oct. 19 by Buffalo Township police.
Nicholas Panza, 41, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Dec. 7 by state police.
Justin Pflueger, 22, of Cabot was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, a lane violation, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 1 by state police.
Bradley Stanzione, 21, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and using illegal lighting equipment, filed Nov. 17 by Buffalo Township police.
Scott Swiss, 51, of Connoquenessing was held for court on charges of indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children, filed Oct. 28 by state police.
Deborah Ann Watt, 52, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a turning violation and careless driving, filed Nov. 15 by state police.
James Paul Worsley, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 9 by state police. He was ordered to pay $333.50 in fines and court costs.
Carla Zanetti, 20, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 22 by Buffalo Township police.
Carrie Zourelias, 23, of Cabot pleaded guilty to charges of driving without a license and with fraudulent license plates, driving without headlamps on, and violation of an inspection certificate, filed Nov. 22 by Buffalo Township police. She was ordered to pay $755.50 in fines and court costs.

Slippery Rock Police charged Lavery Jan. 11 with retail theft.Kirk Jason Ruth, 37, of 123 Russell Road, Fenelton, waived his case to court. State Police in Butler charged Ruth Jan. 17 with driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use safety belt system.Zacc Michael Dray of Deep Valley Christian Service Camp, Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. State Police in Butler charged Dray Jan. 17 with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and forgery.Scott James Lauderbaugh, 22, of New Castle waived his case to court. State Police in Harrisburg charged Lauderbaugh Aug. 8 with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

He was charged Jan. 3 by the Zelienople police with theft by deception and writing bad checks.Daniel Huffman, 21, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 10 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Gerald Thomas Edwards, 39, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Ted Ryan Opitz, 38, of 702 Spring St., Grove City, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Opitz Nov. 15 with driving under the influence and driving at safe speed.Timothy Charles Dixon, 22, of 2437 Scrubgrass Road, Grove City, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Dixon Nov. 23 with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane, failure to use safety belt system, driving unregistered vehicle, misuse plate-card and operating vehicle without required financial responsibility.Daniel Paul Morgan, 19, of 882 N. Broad St. Ext., pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, which was filed by state police in Mercer Jan. 22.
