BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Shawn Antoszyk, 25, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed Dec. 22 by Butler Township police.

Dawn Dusheck, 47, of Butler pleaded guilty to a harassment charge, filed Jan. 11 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $225 in fines and court costs.

Justin Enslen, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, traffic signal and turning violations, careless driving and underage drinking, filed Nov. 28 by Butler Township police.

John Glessner, 28, of Bowie. Md., pleaded guilty to a harassment charge, filed Dec. 11 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $423.50 in fines and court costs.

Brady Glover, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of attempted delivery of a controlled substance and theft, filed Jan. 19 by state police.

Ronald Johns, 24, of Adrian, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to a summary charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 28 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $330.50 in fines and court costs.

Clinton Kiddle, 23, of Cabot waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Dec. 7 by state police.

Keith McLean, 33, of Stafford, Va., pleaded guilty to a charge of driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 6 months in Butler County Prison and ordered to pay $1,175 in fines and court costs.

Linda Miles, 57, of Butler pleaded guilty to a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, filed Dec. 9 by Butler County detectives. She was ordered to pay $335.50 in fines and court costs.

Rainy Rose, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of defiant trespass, filed Nov. 30 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $635.50 in fines and court costs.

Richard Williams Jr., 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, filed Sept. 30 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $428.50 in fines and court costs.

Marjorie Wise, 47, of Butler waived to court a charge of endangering the welfare of children, filed Dec. 12 by Butler Township police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Ashley Lynne George, 19, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 14 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, minors prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in their system, purchasing alcohol by a minor, fraudulent use/removal of a registration plate, vehicle registration suspended, driving an unregistered vehicle, failing to obey, duties at a stop sign and failure to yield at a yield sign.Cathy Ann Miller, 40, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 7 by the Jackson Township police with retail theft.Jay Kenneth Dayen, 37, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Joseph Gerard Green, 41, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 23 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Michael V. Juliano, 19, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 30 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts of forgery and five counts of receiving stolen property.Kimberly Ann Gehr, 35, of Cranberry Township waived her two separate cases to court. She was charged Dec. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. She was also charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.James David Scheid, 35, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.Ethan Wade Hunt, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:David L. Bouch, 47, of 508 Reed Lane, Butler, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Bouch Jan. 3 with driving under the influence, careless driving and disregard traffic lane.Robert James McKinney, 24, of 14 Landfill Road, Grove City, pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. State police in Mercer had charged McKinney Jan. 20.Paul R. McDade, 37, of New Brighton pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment. Grove City police charged McDade Jan. 9.Brian Thomas Fiedler, 709 Cedar Ave., Grove City, pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. Grove City police had charged Fiedler Nov. 15.Judy Lillian Smith, 64, of 610 Ivan Drive Apt. 2, Grove City, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking. State police in Mercer had charged Smith Dec. 31.John Calvin Sigley, 20, of Warren, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. In a separate case, he also pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. Charges were filed by Grove City police Sept. 25.
