These items have been collected from various police departments.

2:14 a.m. Sunday — Michael John Young, 30, of Fenelton was arrested following a disturbance at the Belmont II Bar in the Bon Aire Plaza. While being booked on disorderly conduct and public drunkenness charges at the police station, Young allegedly urinated on the floor and spat on a police officer.

In addition to the initial charges, police charged Young with aggravated harassment by a prisoner. The defendant, currently on probation stemming from a simple assault conviction, was arraigned and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bond.

12:38 a.m. Saturday — David Domino, no age given, of Indiana, Indiana County, was arrested for driving under the influence on Saxonburg Road. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license.

9:54 p.m. Jan. 21 — Jamie Painter, no age given, of Kittanning was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Mulone Drive.

9:40 a.m. Jan. 19 — Ralph Groves of Zelienople reported his car's driver's side mirror was damaged overnight while it was parked on McKim Street. Police said it appeared someone tried to break into the vehicle.

11:19 p.m. Monday — Louis Impell IV, 23, of Hilliards was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at New Castle and Alameda Park roads in Butler Township.

2:45 p.m. Monday — Robert Thomas Harvey Jr., 21, of Butler was arrested at an American Avenue home on a warrant in connection with an undercover drug investigation. Police said Harvey on Nov. 14 allegedly sold crack cocaine in Butler.

He was arraigned on charges of delivery and possession of cocaine, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Monday — Six vehicles at the Old Route 422 East home of James McCrea Jr. in Fenelton were vandalized between Friday and Monday. The windows, headlights and taillights of all the vehicles were smashed out. Damage was estimated at $2,700. Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to call the barracks at 724-284-8100.

8:37 p.m. Sunday — Paul Nagy, 43, of Chicora was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Center Drive in Oakland Township.

Sunday — A fugitive was nabbed and one person was arrested for drunken driving during a DUI checkpoint detail held between Saturday night and early Sunday morning on Route 8 in Center Township. Additionally, police issued nine traffic citations and 39 warnings.

12:25 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Margaret Ferraro, 69, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.

3:10 a.m. Saturday — An unknown man — described as short, thin and dressed in black — went around Janice Lane in Jefferson Township ringing the door bells at numerous homes before running away.

5:30 p.m. Friday — Thomas Carl Kaplin, 20, was arrested for allegedly assaulting his father, Carl W. Kaplin, 45, and a 16-year-old girl who police did not identify, during a dispute at a Keister Road home in West Sunbury. Thomas Kaplin is charged with simple assault.

4:55 p.m. Sunday — Cars driven by Stacey, Wehner, 19, of Pittsburgh and Joshua Michaels, 20, of New Castle collided at Route 19 and Stoughton Road in Scott Township, Lawrence County.

Mathew Michaels, 19, of Slippery Rock, a passenger wearing a seat belt, was treated for minor injuries at Jameson Hospital in New Castle.
