CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Lisa Kenny, 22, of Dravosburg, Allegheny County, waived her three separate cases to court. She was charged Jan. 10 and Jan. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with the identical charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, identity theft and access device fraud. She was also charged on Jan. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, failure to stop and give information or render aid and failure to notify police of an accident.
Robert L. West Jr., 38, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, operating a vehicle without insurance and operating a vehicle without proper inspection.
Tyler Crawford, 19, of Saxonburg had his case held to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, receiving stolen property and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph Michael Roach, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 31 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Audrey L. Kaiser-Stevenson, 45, waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, passing on left unsafely and disregard of traffic lane.
Keith Joseph Kost, 43, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.
Harry W. Stewart, Jr., 35, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.
Thomas J. Robertson, 37, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and improper stop.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Margaret Elaine Jurysta, 38, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 2 by the Evans City police with manufacturing/deliver/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of controlled substance, violation of use of certificate of inspection, display of known fictitious/stolen issued inspection and operating without a valid inspection.Dwayne V. Grannis, 25, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 29 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, turning movements and required signals, disregard of traffic control device, giving false identification to law enforcement officials and driving with a suspended license.Elizabeth Marie Christy, 22, of Fenelton waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 2 by the Evans City police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Joseph D. Bratkovich, 29, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 2 by the Evans City police with possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving a vehicle with registration suspended, operating without insurance and operating a vehicle without proper inspection.Joseph Edward Blacksmith, 41, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Mars police with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of marijuana.Raymond S. Trputec, 36, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Jackson Township police with receiving stolen property and theft by failure to make required disbursal of funds.
WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Marie Josephine Welton, 18, of 605 Barkeyville Road, Grove City, had her case held for court. Grove City Police charged Welton Dec. 20 with two counts of possession of small amounts of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.Todd G. Eshenbaugh, 35, of 108 Mohawk Drive, Sarver, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Eshenbaugh Nov. 9 with two counts of bad checks and two counts of theft by deception.Garth E. Runion II, 27, of Lynchburg, Va., had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Runion Dec. 26 with firearms not to be carried without license.Andrew William Wilder, 21, of Monroeville had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Wilder Dec. 15 with driving under the influence, exceeding maximum speed limit and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.
