CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Heather Baer, 28, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions and a lane violation, filed Nov. 16.

Joseph Everetts, 53, of Parker waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license-DUI related, and being a habitual offender for driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Jan. 5.

In a separate case filed May 13, Everetts pleaded guilty to harassment. He was ordered to pay $153.50 in fines and court costs.

Michael Piskanin, 61, an inmate at SCI-Cresson, Cambria County, waived to court charges of forgery, theft by deception and identity theft, filed Jan. 11 by state police.

Charles Schweinsberg, 46, of Parker pleaded to a harassment charge filed May 13. He was ordered to pay $153.50 in fines and court costs.

Richard Witherup, 58, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of illegal sale or transfer of firearms, and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Dec. 27.
