Planets scorch Deer Lakes, 81-39

Tim Frye and Vinny Smith scored 18 points each and Steve Cress added 17 points and 13 rebounds to lead Mars to an 81-39 victory over Deer Lakes in boys basketball action Friday.

The Planets rolled to a 45-20 halftime lead with Frye accounting for all of his points during that span.
