SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Robert Graper, 54, of Murrysville, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Nov. 19 by Middlesex Township police.

Lawrence King, 45, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 20 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $179.50 in fines and court costs.

Charles Fredrick Lang, 30, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 25 by Middlesex Township police.

Goeffrey Miller, 48, of Cabot waived to court charges of theft be deception and back checks, filed Nov. 7 by state police.

Misty Walters, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud and forgery, filed Oct. 26 by state police.

WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Gregory Kirk Rowell, 49, of Berwyn had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Rowell Dec. 12 with driving under the influence and disregard traffic lane.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:David Michael King, 42, of McMurray had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock Police charged King Oct. 20 with driving under the influence.Rachel T. Mess, 22, of Youngstown, N.Y., had her case waived to court. Police at Slippery Rock University charged Mess Nov. 14 with driving under the influence, careless driving and duties at stop sign.Lindsey Bernadette Sargo, 21, of Munhall had her case waived to court. Slippery Rock police charged Sargo Nov. 17 with driving under the influence.Jason Robert Lane, 23, of New Wilmington had his case held for court. Slippery Rock police charged Lane Nov. 23 with driving under the influence and driving the wrong way.Scott Douglas Dingel, 36, of 103 Oakley Lane, had his case waived to court. State police charged Dingel Dec. 6 with driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and failing to wear a safety belt.Cristin Beverly Katich, 18, of Cheswick had her case waived to court. Slippery Rock police charged Katich Dec. 8 with driving under the influence, minors prohibited from operating with alcohol in their system, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor and careless driving.Brandon Chase Hackett, 21, of Dover had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock police charged Hackett Dec. 12 with driving under the influence and duties at stop sign.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases, all filed by state police:Michael Geibel, 49, of Summit Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, and failure to yield, filed Jan. 10.Judith Jamison, 43, of Karns City waived to court a charge of false reports, filed Jan. 10.Robert Jamison, 49, of Karns City waived to court a charge of false reports, filed Jan. 10.Kurt Leinenbach, 19, of Clearfield Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, theft from a motor vehicle, and loitering and prowling at night, filed Dec. 14.Nathan Robinson, 22, of Petrolia waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, filed Dec. 2.Adam Simmer, 30, of Clay Township was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, filed Nov. 22.Colin Wadsworth, 24, of Center Township pleaded guilty to a harassment charge, filed Jan. 10. He was ordered to pay $1,144.29 in fines, court costs and restitution.
