EMLENTON — An evangelistic crusade with Richard Rochkind will be held during services at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Chapel on the Hill, off Interstate 80 at Exit 42, just above the Emlenton truck plaza on Route 208.Rochkind was formerly assistant director and resident dean of men at the Teen Challenge Center in Syracuse, N.Y.
