EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Tracy Charlier, no age available, of Zelienople had his case held to court. A private civil complaint was filed by Bilo supermarket, Northgate Plaza, Jackson Township, Nov. 8 on three counts of writing bad checks.

John Reese, 45, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 14 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and failure to keep right.

Adam Paul Harris, 24, of Chicora waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 14 by the state police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Susanne A. Kelley, 20, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 14 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, disregard of traffic lane and minors prohibited to have any alcohol in system.

Jacob David Watson, 19, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 5 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, speeding and minors prohibited to have any alcohol in system.

Emily Michelle Popps, 24, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, had her case held to court. She was charged Dec. 5 by the Adams Township police with acquisition by misrepresentation, attempted acquisition by misrepresentation and conspiracy to commit acquisition by misrepresentation.

Eva Marie Lally, 25, of Georgetown, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 5 by the Adams Township police with acquisition by misrepresentation, attempted acquisition by misrepresentation and conspiracy to commit acquisition by misrepresentation.

Richard Lee Weaver III, 21, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 30 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.

Nathan James Marshall, 23, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived two separate cases to court. He was charged Dec. 5 by the Zelienople police with theft by unlawful taking. He was also charged Jan. 3 by the Zelienople police with two counts of forgery and three counts of theft by unlawful taking.

Timothy Mark Cicco, 41, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged Dec. 2 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Martin Walter Mack, Jr., 35, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure and open lewdness.Aleksey M. Tulandin, 22, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to notify change of address.Alexis Layne Shaffer, 21, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 10 by the Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and four counts of access device fraud.Jeffrey Scott Rossiter, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance.Emily Carol Golnazarian, 22, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and following too closely.Harvey A. Seekford, 65, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield to right of way.Michael P. Johnston, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to receive stolen property, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.Joshua Jay Kish, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to receive stolen property, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Richard Lee Hurt, 35, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and vehicle turning left.Tina E. Maze, 45, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and period for requiring lighted lamps.
