Dale Fleming of Renfrew celebrated his 90th birthday recently with a family dinner at the Kaufman House in Zelienople.

Born Dec. 26, 1915, in West Sunbury, he married Annabelle Oesterling on Nov. 26, 1977.

He has a daughter, Rebecca Oesterling of Butler and five step-children, Sylvia Gucken of Northville, Mich.; Roger Oesterling of St. Petersburg, Fla.; Norma Norris and Rosie Hanna, both of Butler; and Pam Wiltgen of Grand Junction, Colo.

He also has six grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and 16 step-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Fleming retired from Armco in 1981. He also worked as a secretary-treasurer for the Big Butler Fair, retiring in 1985. He raised Haflinger horses for 18 years and continues to raise chickens as a hobby.

He is a member of St. John's Reformed Church in Butler Township.
