11:09 p.m. Tuesday — Ronald Harnish, 34, was arrested for allegedly assaulting his live-in girlfriend and her mother at the West Penn Street home where they all live.Harnish is accused of hitting girlfriend Mindi Flockerzi, 21, in the head with a telephone. He also allegedly punched and kicked her. Additionally, the defendant is accused of assaulting his girlfriend's mother, Laurie Spridgeon, 45.Harnish was arraigned on two counts of simple assault, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000.8:50 p.m. Monday — Mario Stdehaven, 59, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on Broad Street.

10:25 a.m. Wednesday — An unidentified vehicle struck a car parked in parking lot near Northgate Plaza on Perry Highway, and did not stop following the crash. Sondra Lintz of Slippery Rock owns the car.Thursday — Jody Madison told police someone between Monday and Thursday broke into his house on Ida Mae Lane in Slippery Rock Township and stole a number of Star War character figurines.

Thursday — A display sign was vandalized between 9:45 p.m. Wednesday and 9:15 a.m. Thursday at Harrigan's Pizza on West Sunbury Road in Clay Township.
