Evalyn Schrecongost of Karns City celebrated her 90th birthday recently with a family dinner at Karns City Methodist Church.

The former Evalyn Stroup was born Dec. 20, 1915. She married the late Carl Schrecongost on Oct. 14, 1933.

Mrs. Schrecongost has three children, Donald of Fairview, Edward of Chicora and Kathren Groux of Martin's Ferry, Ohio.

She also has eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Schrecongost is retired from Butler Memorial Hospital and belongs to Karns City Methodist Church.
