Robert and Gladys Davis of Worthington recently celebrated 65 years of marriage.

The former Gladys Taylor married Davis on Dec. 14, 1940.

They have three children, John Davis of Cowansville, Ralph Davis Sr. of Worthington and Janet Jesteadt of Prospect. Another son, Fred Davis, is deceased.

They also have 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Davis is a retired truck driver. He served in the Army during World War II.

Mrs. Davis is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to Union First Presbyterian Church of Cowansville.
