2:13 a.m. Tuesday — Anne Mook, 22, of Summit Township was arrested for driving under the influence on Center Avenue. She was also cited for careless driving.10:24 a.m. Sunday — A pickup truck driven by Kenneth Petris, 45, of Lawrence, Washington County, and a car driven by Paul Walker, 38, of Fenelton collided on Route 8 south of Butler. Adam Petris, 11, of Lawrence, a passenger in the pickup, suffered minor injuries; he was wearing a seat belt.8:37 p.m. Saturday — A van driven by Robin Hinchberger, 39, of Butler Township and a car driven by Raymond Reep, 64, of East Butler collided at West New Castle Street and Hansen Avenue. Hinchberger, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.

6:45 a.m. Tuesday — A pickup truck driven by Brad Gamble, 30, of Saxonburg collided with a school bus on Route 228 in Clinton Township. There were no children on the bus driven by Norma Gamble, 38, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County.11:45 p.m. Monday — A car driven by a 16-year-old West Sunbury boy struck a deer on Route 308 in Center Township.5:40 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Andrew Culp, 20, of Slippery Rock and a sport utility vehicle driven by Marion Hoover, 50, of Butler collided at Route 8 and the Clearview Mall access road in Center Township.2:50 p.m. Monday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Pearl Gagen, 70, of Butler and a mini-van driven by Marion Zang, 32, of Karns City collided on Glennwood Way in Center Township. The collision forced Zang's vehicle into a tree.4:05 p.m. Friday — An unidentified vehicle struck a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix at the Clearview Mall parking lot in Center Township and did not stop following the crash. Erin Oluschak-Ray of Butler owns the car. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the barracks at 724-284-8100.10:35 p.m. Thursday — Ronald Fleeger, 53, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his pickup truck struck an embankment and rolled onto its side on Branchton Road in Cherry Township. Fleeger, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.

8:30 p.m. Monday — Lincoln Makin, 32, of Templeton was arrested for driving under the influence after his vehicle ran a stop sign and struck two other vehicles on Ridge Road in Boggs Township, Armstrong County.Police said Makin's vehicle first struck a vehicle driven by Thomas Unger, 60, of Templeton. The collision spun Unger's vehicle around and into a guardrail. Makin's vehicle continued forward and struck head-on a vehicle driven by Michael Hilliard, 41, of Templeton. Hilliard, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered unknown injuries.In addition to DUI and a stop sign violation, Makin is charged with an ignition interlock violation and other traffic offenses, including speeding.
