Friday — Michael Oertel, 20, of Sarver was arrested on drug-related charges at the park-and-ride facility on Route 356. Oertel is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Wednesday — Undisclosed property was taken between 2 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday from a vehicle on Route 19 in Portersville. Kelly Bresnihan of Portersville owns the vehicle.7 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Kathy Walker, 53, of West Sunbury crashed on Route 138 in Concord Township.2:15 p.m. Tuesday — Vehicles driven by Ronald Bennett, 43, of Hastings, Cambria County, and Jody Pflugh, 31, of Eau Claire collided on Route 38 in Washington Township.2:45 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Robin Leonhard, 27, of Zelienople crashed into a ditch and became airborne on Route 38 in Concord Township. The car hit the support wire of a utility pole, landed on its front and rolled onto its roof. Leonhard was cited for an undisclosed traffic violation.2:05 a.m. Nov. 26 — Melissa Johnson, no age given, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Benbrook Road and Greenwood Drive in Butler Township.Nov. 23 — Lynn Richard White, 62, of Harrisville is accused of passing four checks from a closed account between Nov. 16 and 23 at the Forestville Beer Distributor on Route 8 in Mercer Township. He was later arrested on four counts of theft by deception.

2:10 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Ernest Smith, 69, of Templeton and a pickup truck driven by Thomas Davis, 51, of East Brady collided at Route 68 and Long Lane West in Madison Township, Clarion County. Smith was cited for illegally entering traffic.

2:15 a.m. Wednesday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Drew Kellogg, 24, of Slippery Rock skidded off snow-covered Brent Road near Route 258 in Liberty Township, Mercer County, and struck a utility pole and tree. Adam Jazwinski, 22, of Volant, a passenger who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. Kellogg was cited for driving too fast for conditions and not wearing a seat belt.11:50 p.m. Saturday — A pickup truck driven by Gordon Mager, 47, of Grove City skidded off snow-covered Cranberry Road near George Junior Road in Pine Township, Mercer County, and struck a tree.

Dec. 1 — Lynn R. White, 62, of Harrisville was charged with theft by deception and bad checks after allegedly writing a check for payment to Grove City Beverage, 1211 W. Main St., from an account that was closed.5:45 p.m. Nov. 28 — An accident occurred at the intersection of South Broad Street and College Avenue. Samuel Lilly of Blackberry Lane was traveling north on South Broad Street in a Ford Escort when he attempted to change lanes and side swiped a Ford pickup truck operated by David Grossman of Harrisville. The collision caused Grossman to drive his truck off the road and into a street lamp. Lilly was cited for careless driving.Nov. 27 — Michael Gordon Dummett, 33, of 707 W. Poplar St., was arrested for driving under the influence after a traffic stop for an equipment violation on West Main Street.12:38 p.m. Nov. 24 — An automobile accident occurred at the intersection of South Center and West Pine streets. A vehicle driven by Benny E. Rendos, 29, of Emlenton was struck by a vehicle operated by Leesa Lynn, 49, of Superior Street. Both vehicles were driven from the scene with minor damage. Minor injuries were reported by Lynn and a passenger in her vehicle.

Sunday — Allison Maziarz, 21, of Meadville was arrested for driving under the influence after the vehicle she was driving collided with a pole in front of Sheetz, 304 S. Main St.Dec. 1 — Lucia Mahoney, 55, of Graystone Manor reported someone had used her Visa ATM card without permission. Arrests are pending.
