8:55 a.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Patrick Olexsak, 35, of Center Township skidded on ice-covered Belmont Road and collided with a car driven by Donald Hickey, 70, of Center Township. The collision forced Hickey's car into the yard at the Donald Eckley home.8:03 p.m. Monday — Brian Redenbach, 41, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on West New Castle Street.8:13 p.m. Sunday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Shari Donnel, 41, of Butler struck a utility pole along West Penn Street. She was cited for careless driving.

4:12 p.m. Wednesday — Stephen Richards, 47, of Lyndora was arrested for allegedly assaulting a 52-year-old woman, who police did not identify, at a Bessemer Avenue apartment. Richards was arraigned on a charge of simple assault, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Nov. 16 — Police are investigating vandalism to an automobile that occurred between 2:30 p.m. Nov. 15 and 7:45 p.m. Nov. 16. The exterior of a 1997 Jeep Cherokee owned by Lisa Schepp, 23, of Stowe Street was damaged by a key. A neighbor witnessed a group of teenagers in the area around 10 p.m. Nov. 15. A damage estimate is not available.

12:27 p.m. Thursday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Paula Adair, 41, of Indiana, Pa., skidded off snow-covered Route 422 in Clearfield Township and struck an embankment.8:05 a.m. Thursday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Rebecca Born, 32, of Valencia skidded off snow-covered Route 308 in Boyers, striking a road sign and house. No injuries were reported.9:19 p.m. Wednesday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Melissa Turney, 32, of East Brady and a pickup truck driven by Brian Hesidence, 37, of Karns City collided on Route 68 in Oakland Township. Both drivers suffered minor injuries. Police said Turney was wearing a seat belt; Hesidence was not.8:30 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Steven Hahn, 22, of East Butler skidded off East Butler Road in Summit Township and struck a utility pole.2:50 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Anderson Howat, 36, of Grover City struck a culvert and rolled onto its roof on Harmony Road in Mercer Township. Howat, who was wearing a seat belt, was treated for minor injuries at United Community Hospital in Grove City.6:10 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Gregory Scott, 45, of Pittsburgh struck a guardrail on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township.11:29 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Bianca Snedden, 21, of Erie skidded on ice-covered Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township and struck a mini-van stopped on the side of the road. Yolanda Hawkins, 34, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, was out of the van when the crash occurred. No one was hurt.11:19 p.m. Tuesday — A mini-van driven by Barton Prorok, 37, of Auburn, Ala., and a car driven by Gina Gesuldi, 24, of Slippery Rock collided on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township11:05 p.m. Tuesday — A pickup truck driven by Randy Priddy, 34, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, skidded off snow-covered Interstate 79 in Worth Township, struck a guardrail and traveled down an embankment.10:20 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Duane Baier, 18, of Montgomery, Montgomery County, and Phyllis Forsythe, 46, of New Castle collided on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. Baier's vehicle spun around and struck a car driven by Jessica Shatlock, 20, of Cranberry Township.Forsythe and Shatlock, both wearing seat belts, suffered minor injuries.9:25 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Jordan Long, 18, of Jamestown, N.Y., and Kathleen Boyles, 21, of New Castle collided on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.8 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Carol Odell, 20, of Queensbury, N.Y., and Christopher Petersen, 21, of Laurel, Md., collided on snow- and ice-covered Interstate 79 in Worth Township.7:56 p.m. Tuesday — A pickup truck driven by a 17-year-old Butler boy, who police did not identify, skidded off Henricks Road near Route 308 in Center Township and traveled down an embankment.7:40 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Jennifer Soose, 25, of Butler and Natalie Dunn, 20, of Worthington, Armstrong County, collided on ice-covered Route 173 near Harmony Road in Slippery Rock Township. Soose, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.Tuesday — A washer and dryer valued at $1,500 were reported stolen from the Kline Storage Units in Center Township. Owner Robert Kline said the theft occurred sometime since September.Monday — A 2001 Honda 400EX all-terrain vehicle valued at $3,500 was taken between Nov. 1 and Monday from a shed at the Road Route 422 East home of Thomas Snyder in Clearfield Township.

2:49 a.m. Thursday — Kenneth Bish, 47, of Munhall, Allegheny County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.8:47 p.m. Wednesday — A pickup truck driven by James Zeigler II, 24, of Rural Valley skidded off snow-covered Route 28 in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County, struck a guardrail and flipped onto its side.Zeigler and a passenger, James Zeigler, 46, of Rural Valley, were treated for moderate injuries at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning. The elder Zeigler was wearing a seat belt; the driver was not.

6:30 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Kenneth Siegel, no age given, of Lucinda skidded off snow-covered Mercer-New Castle Road in Springfield Township, Mercer County, and rolled onto its side.Tuesday — A vehicle driven by Randall Harsh, 19, of Harrisville struck a tree along Schimit Road in Pine Township, Mercer County.
