SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:

David Richard Rinere, 38, of 124 Geiger Lane, Prospect, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Rinere Feb. 3 with simple assault and two counts of harassment.

Dean Robert Krelko, 44, of 318½ W. Brady St., Butler, had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock police charged Krelko Oct. 20 with bad checks, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Joan Marie Motonis, 38, of 219 Summit Road, Butler, had her cased waived to court. State police in Butler charged Motonis Oct. 25 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard of traffic lane.

James Andrew Thompson, 21, of 519 Beaver Dam Road, Butler, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Thompson Oct. 26 with driving under the influence, careless driving and damage to real property with motor vehicle.

Raymond Douglas Hollihan, 18, of Pittsburgh had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Hollihan Nov. 2 with driving under the influence, minor prohibited operating with alcohol in system, driving without a license, purchase of alcoholic beverage by minor and unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
