CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Jennifer L. Tiernan, 40, of Butler had her case held to court. She was charged Aug. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, writing bad checks and receiving stolen property.
Jaison Brian Wooddell, 27, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 12 by the Cranberry Township police with altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, fraudulent use or removal of registration plate, fraudulent assignment of title, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without proper insurance and operating a vehicle without the proper inspection.
Denise L. Welsh, 51, of Lima, N.Y., waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 28 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Nancy R. Andrews, 27, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 20 by Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.
Scott Alan Santry, 42, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.
Ryan Drozynski, 23, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Richard Biondo, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed July 18 by state police. He was ordered to pay $579.50 in fines and court costs.Timothy Brinton, 20, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to violating the state drug act. He was ordered to pay $429.50 in fines and court costs.Zachary Cairns, 18, of Natrona Heights waived to court three separate charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, and four charges each of trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 8 by state police.Adam Flick, 28, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a left-turn violation, accidents involving personal injury, and flight to avoid apprehension, filed Sept. 28 by Buffalo Township police.Patrick Kerr, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license, filed Oct. 23 by state police.Dean Krelko, 44, of Butler waived to court two separate charges of theft, and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 1 by Buffalo Township police and Sept. 10 by state police.Jason McDermott, 20, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to violating the state drug act, and speeding, filed Sept. 7 by state police. He was ordered to pay $435 in fines and court costs.Daniel Miller, 18, of Natrona waived to court three separate charges of burglary, receiving stolen property, and five charges each of trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 8 by state police.Michael Olshansky, 42, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to bad checks, filed Sept. 17 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $528.27 in restitution, fines and court costs.Kelly Schaffer, 36, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of violating the state drug act, driving too fast for conditions, and a lane violation. Schaffer was ordered to pay $909.50 in fines and court costs.John Schneider, 47, of Russellton, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespass, filed Sept. 22 by state police.Ronald Thompson, 44, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to theft by deception and theft of services, filed Aug. 19 by state police. He was ordered to pay $643 in restitution, fines and court costs.
